In April 2023, Porsche introduced a mid-cycle refresh for the 2024 model year of the Cayenne E-Hybrid 3.0ltr . Among the notable updates are a revamped dashboard layout, reminiscent of the Taycan, featuring a fully digital 12.6-inch gauge cluster. Exterior enhancements include subtle restyling tweaks to the bonnet (hood), headlights, bumpers, fenders, and trunk.
Porsche equipped the Cayenne E-Hybrid with a turbocharged 340 horsepower 3.0ltr V6 engine, complemented by a 174 horsepower electric motor in the drivetrain, resulting in a combined power output of 470 horsepower. The battery was also increased to 93 MJ (25.9 kWh), up from 64.5 MJ (17.9 kWh) previously, offering a pure electric driving range of up to 90 km on the WLTP test cycle. This dynamic duo is seamlessly paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, distributing power to all corners of the vehicle. Interestingly,
Matrix LED headlamps now come standard across the lineup, with HD Matrix LED units available as an option. The HD Matrix LED technology boasts two high-definition modules and over 32,000 pixels per headlamp, offering precise control over the high beam, allowing selective blocking of specific areas.
Chassis revisions for the refreshed model include updated dampers featuring two-valve technology for separate compression and rebound sections. According to Porsche, these enhancements provide a broader spectrum of performance, balancing ride comfort and handling capabilities more effectively.
